Cake Balls

We love cake balls!  Really we do!

The best part of our day is the zen moment when our taste buds scream and shout…YEAH we found a new flavor!

While we absolutely adore our Seasonal Flavors, beam with pride for our Specialty Flavors, and rave about our Filipino inspired flavors – after hours of baking, scooping, rolling, dipping, and tasting (sole reason we are out jogging with our baby strollers in tow) – we have decided  on the core flavors that make Zen Baking Company…well Zen. We love them, our customers can’t get enough of them…so we’re hoping you will share in our passion and love them too!

We take a fully baked caked (except for our Cookie Dough flavor), mix it with a frosting, mold it into little bite sized morsels of yummy-ness, and dip them in either dark or white chocolate – and VOILA!  You have the Zen Cake Ball.

We take extra care in making our cake balls and use specific proportions to getting it to the texture we love.  Zen Cake Balls are the perfect cross between a piece of cake and a truffle.
